Samurai Celebration



Welcome to another Theme Day Thursday! Today's theme is International Theme, here is my project for My Cricut Craft Room.

 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Recipe:
Papers-Light pink background is American Crafts
Grey paper- not sure
Bright pink/Black with pink and white is Anna Griffin

Pagoda Cricut cart- Dragon cut at 7.93" x 4.54" / Temple cut at 4.73" x 4.54"

Dragon:
Silver stickles on tail/ Xmas red stickles on tongue
Green iRock Gem for eye
Glossy Accents was used on the pink part for the Dragon's belly
Inked with Black Hampton Art on the scales / feet of dragon
Put pop stickers under him

EK Success -Cherry Blossom stickers- I had bought on clearance at Target for $1.95- woo hoo

Black gel pen-Journaling

Pink By Design Stamp-Got Sushi Set- "Miso Happy"
My Creative Time - Vintage Stitched Label Dies (both sets) / Stitched Journal Die
Under the saying and dies I put pop up stickers

Dino Birthday



This is my Design Team post for My Cricut Craft Room today's theme is Critter Cards.






Recipe:

Dinosaur is from Create a Critter Cricut Cart, cut 4.48" x 4.29"
The green paper was from my stash. I inked him with Tim Holtz "Crushed Olive"
The green is layered on top of a brown paper also from my stash
My son helped me and he insisted that the dino had to have blue googley eyes /blue buttons
I then placed him on an Action Wobble
  
DCWV -Flower Shower Spring Stack - used the flower and light blue papers
Base of the card is  scored and folded to measure 7" x 4.5"
I used My Creative Time "Stitched Journal Die" on the light blue paper
Pink by Design "Dino-Mite" Stamp set
Memento Ink "Rich Cocoa" for the sentiment
Hampton Art Ink "Pink" for the party hat/present

Pool Day

 
 
 Today is my day to post for My Cricut Craft Room the theme is Festive water things. 
 
 
 
 


I have been wanting to get back into scrapbooking and I found these pictures of when my son was 5 month's old and we took him to the pool for the first time. I got inspired with the shirt my son is wearing in them.
 
 
Recipe:
 
Submarine from Life's a Beach Cartridge cut at 5.87 x 4.06
I used yellow and orange paper, green ribbon, orange eyelets.
Tim Holtz Distress Inks in Squeezed Lemonade (on the yellow) and Wild Honey (on the propeller) - they are not really visible but I inked them :)
 
Circles are from George and Basic Shapes Cartridge cut at 2.21 x 2.06 (red) / 1.83 x 1.71 (blue)
 
Bear from Pooh and Friends Cartridge cut at 1.87 x 1.71 in a light / dark brown paper
 

No Swimming sign from H2O Cartridge cut at 2.68 x 3.12 
Tim Holtz Distress Ink in "Tea Dye"

MCCR - Use Cake cart to make a paper project



Hi everyone I am so excited to say that This is my Design Team post for My Cricut Craftroom!! This is my first design team and I just can't wait to work on the projects that I will be making.

 
 
 
Recipe:
Paper for base of card is from Heidi Swapp Fun Love paper stack
tea pot and inside is from paper in my stash
I used my score board for the 3x3 card
Birthday Cakes Cricut Cart - tea pot - cut at a little less than 3x3
I used Pink Glam Stickles on the hearts and a gem rock for the top of the tea pot
Ribbon from my stash
 
Inside:
Pink by Design - Artisan Tags 2
Tim Holtz Distress Ink - Peacock Feathers
 
Envelope was made with - My Creative Time - 3x3 Fancy Envelope Die
