January Layouts # 18-30

I joined a challenge to complete 30 layouts in the month of January, well guess what?  I DID IT!!!!

They might be a little on the simple side and with the help of pocket page scrapbooking, I was able to accomplish this goal. I will still do traditional when I get a chance but with a lot of the baby pics I am working with I honestly don't feel the need. I just seriously need to use up the supplies I have and get the pics in an album. My son will be 7 years old in about 2 weeks, I am still on his first six months!
Thanks for stopping by, hope you get inspired to scrap your pictures.

Layouts 1-3 out 30 for a January Challenge

My goal this year is to catch up with my pics. I would love to be up to date. I will try working on 2015 pics while also working on 2008 and forward.

Memento Ink - London Fog was used on this layout

Ornamental layout

I am entering this into the Pretty Paper Pretty Ribbon monthly challenge. I used the Ornament Trio Svg file from Lisa to make my layout. If you notice what looks like repetitive pictures it is because I actually made a picture ornament for Christmas as presents for my son's first Christmas.

I still need to Journal the story I shared above :)

I am also putting these into my 30 in January Challenge - this is #4-5

Tootsie Owl Treat

Hi there! Thanks for stopping by, today I made a little Tootsie pop treat for my little one. I am entering it into the Challenge going on right now at Jaded Blossom. I used the Fancy Topper Die and the sentiment is from Valentine Treats from Jaded Blossom. I used Tim Holtz Distress Ink in Dusty Concord for the sentiment "Treats for my sweets". The Owl is from the "Give a Hoot" cricut Cartridge. I used Glossy accents and Lavender Stickles on his body and branch. For the eyes and beak I used Rhinestones.  It has been a while since I played with my Cricut and it was like riding a bike with a good friend. I used an Owl since it makes me think of Fall and I had a Tootie Pop, reminded me of the commercial with Owl asking how many licks does it take to get to the center of a Tootsie Pop.

I made a quick little treat for my son for the challenge going on over at Creative time.

Here is the challenge: use the color, picture or both for inspiration.

I went with color to make this treat holder.
My son has gone back to school, this will be a nice surprise for him in his lunch bag.
Love this lollipop holder and I know I will be using for treats for his class for the holidays!
